• The strikes are a response to Houthi attacks on international maritime vessels;
• The strikes were aimed at UAVs, unmanned surface ships, cruise missiles and coastal surveillance radars;
• The military used more than 100 units of high-precision weapons; they also hit targets with Tomahawk cruise missiles from ships and a submarine;
• Denmark, Germany, New Zealand and South Korea added their names before announcing strikes involving British and US military forces.
